Micayla Land founded RAE Business Management to give small business owners something the marketing industry rarely offers: a real team who runs the entire brand engine — strategy, social, email, ads, and websites — like operators, not a content shop.
Before RAE, Micayla built and ran a wholesale candle brand from her kitchen table, learning first-hand how much a small business owner has to hold — and how quickly marketing becomes the thing that never gets done well. RAE is the studio she wished she'd been able to hire.
Under her leadership, RAE has become an award-winning marketing agency (Best of Willamette Valley 2024 Gold, 2025 Bronze) and holds Upwork's Top Rated Plus status — the top 3% globally. The team works with small business owners across the United States: e-commerce, dental and veterinary practices, event venues, service-based businesses, and nonprofits.
